The Event Specialist position is an online contract role that primarily involves reaching out to potential and booking vendors for online vendor shows. This position requires around 15-20 hours of work per week, largely dependent on your work ethic. With this role, you are tasked with guiding and assisting vendors with the Trading-Secrets event layout and leading them to success. A background in Network Marketing can be advantageous but is not a prerequisite. The position is perfect if you have a positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills. Network Marketing Background
Though not a requirement, having a Network Marketing background can give you an edge. This experience will help you understand what your vendors do, how they work, and what they aim to achieve. Regardless of your experience, Trading-Secrets provides ample support and training to help you achieve your goals.
Income Goals and Payment
Trading-Secrets has three levels of Event Specialists. Each level is designed to help you achieve your income goals. At level one, you earn $200 per completed event and you can also earn bonuses on VIP & Event Specialist Membership,. As you progress to levels two and three, oversee a team, and even collect a $25 override on every event that your team completes. Payment is made bi-weekly via direct deposit.
Business Opportunities
If you have your own business, you can leverage the Online Vendor Shows to grow it. You will be posting about your business and Trading Secrets alternately. This gives you an opportunity to network and build lasting relationships while utilizing our over 100 event themes to set up your Online Vendor Shows.
Responsibilities of an Event Specialist
As an Event Specialist, you're responsible for booking your 14 vendor spots per week and facilitating the online vendor shows. Your duties will include creating a vendor chat for each weekly event, running game night, updating images and our vendor advertisement videos, ensuring success of the vendors, sending daily reminders, and using our booking system to ensure that everything is done as per Trading-Secrets standards.
Available Training
At Trading-Secrets, we believe in continuous learning. We provide comprehensive training to our Event Specialists, including Online Independent Training and weekly Zoom calls. We make sure that you never feel lost or confused, and you have all the tools, resources, and training to be the best Event Specialist you can be.
