I am a wife of nearly 30 years, a mother to a phenomenal 26-year old who just happens to be on the Spectrum (that's the Autism Spectrum, to be precise). I am an animal, movie, and Hello Kitty lover. I love to hike, swim, be at the beach... water and sunshine are a girl's best friend!! I'm an avid reader, I especially love studying American history. My *day job* is as a law office manager and bookkeeper (for the past 15 years) and a real estate paralegal (for the first 18 years). I am new to being an Avon representative although I have used Avon products for years and just recently decided to go for it and become an Avon Lady.
As Dolly Parton so brilliantly put it in the classic Steel Magnolias "...there is no such thing as natural beauty. It takes some effort to look like this." I love that movie and I absolutely love that line (along with many others in that film, as it is chock full of them!) I have always been fascinated with beauty products and fashion, essentially all the things that women must do to feel and look their best.
